Application Process


Applications can be picked up from either station, or completed online below and emailed to membership@fosterburgfire.com. Prior to returning a completed application we require a criminal background check from your cities police department. If you live in an area not served by a police department you will need to obtain a report from your county sheriffs office. You will also need a copy of a valid drivers license and proof of automotive insurance.

Probationary classes start each June and December. New membership applications can be submitted year round and are presented at the next scheduled regular meeting. Prior to the meeting an interview will be conducted by members of the Firefighter’s Association. You will need to be present at this meeting. Prior to this meeting and upon submission of your application you are welcome and encouraged to attend various department functions as a guest.
